Open Door Health offers primary and sexual health care to LGBTQ+ Rhode Islanders and the community at large. Open Door Health's goal is to provide affirming, consent-based, individualized care to everyone who walks through the doors. Services include primary care, sexual health care, youth and adolescent services, gender affirming care, STI screening and treatment, and HIV prevention and care.
